Study Materials

Study materials are issued to all students and include a study pack consisting of a comprehensive study guide for each module, a course and assignment handbook, general guidelines to the writing and presentation of assignments and other supporting material. Each study guide contains the relevant module content as well as corresponding self assessment activities to guide the student through the course.

Workshops

Workshops are held each semester. The workshops use a number of practical exercises to introduce the principles of action learning, a method that REGENT uses to facilitate understanding and aid in the retention of knowledge.

Workshops provide the ideal forum for students to engage with fellow students and their lecturers and to clarify areas of difficulty identified in their self-study programme. Workshops are held over weekends to cater for the needs of students who are in full-time employment and attendance is voluntary, albeit strongly encouraged. Workshops are held in regions where there is adequate demand.

Academic Staff

Workshops are delivered by academic staff, who have extensive experience in the delivery of executive management education. With a healthy mix of both full-time and part-time academic staff, with both industry experience and research expertise, the Regent student has access to expertise and practical business experience packaged to offer a dynamic and stimulating learning experience.

Student Support Division (SSD)

Regent Business School has a dedicated SSD that takes care of all student administrative needs. The SSD facilitates academic support, provides additional learning material and assessment feedback as well as a host of other student services. This ensures an enhanced student learning experience.

Library Services

This library has a large selection of textbooks that cover a wide range of management fields, a selection of local and international journals as well as a selection of Masters dissertations.
